By combining skilled, hands-on techniques with personalized treatment plans, we focus on helping clients recover more efficiently, move with greater ease, and maintain long-term well-being.
Types Of Massage
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a traditional Western approach that uses techniques such as gliding strokes, kneading, compression, percussion, and friction.
Gliding strokes are used to gently warm the muscles, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. These techniques can vary in pressure, speed, and rhythm depending on the session goals.
This style of massage is a great starting point for new clients, as it allows the therapist to assess muscle tone, areas of tension, temperature differences, and spots that may feel restricted or overworked.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a focused, personalized approach that works through areas of tension with intention and care. While often associated with firm pressure, the emphasis is on using the right technique for effective results—not just intensity.
This method helps improve mobility, reduce long-standing tension, and support recovery by addressing how muscles and connective tissue respond to movement, pressure, and daily stress.
Integrated Massage
Integrated massage is one of the most common sessions I offer—and also one of my favorites. It combines elements of Thai, deep tissue, and Swedish massage into a single, customized treatment designed to support relaxation, mobility, and targeted muscle work.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage offers a supportive space for relaxation and self-care during pregnancy. It helps ease common discomforts that come with physical changes, including muscle tension, soreness, and stress on weight-bearing joints.
This type of massage can also support circulation, which may help reduce swelling, while encouraging overall relaxation and stress reduction. Many clients find it beneficial for both physical comfort and emotional well-being throughout pregnancy.
